PART 21 - RETURNS DURING SALES PERIODS

During discount promotions, Fayuho reserves the right to issue vouchers when returning a product. Of course you retain the comfort of a 14-day cooling-off period and you can return your product within this time, whether or not in accordance with the return conditions.

You will receive your voucher by email within 14 days of your return.
